"What do you want with us, Son of God?" they shouted. "Have you come here to torture us before the appointed time?" (Matthew 8:29)
I don’t know about you , but as for me I am fed-up with the devil and I want him locked up together with all his cohorts. I tell you the truth, the appointed time for his torture is now. Just as he was thrown out of heaven where he was accusing brethren before God, day and night (Revelation 12:10), we can throw him out of this earth by prayer and by the blood of Jesus Christ. His appointed time for torture has nothing to do with rupture so do not be afraid. There is nowhere in the Bible that indicates connection between this torture and rupture. Pray that he be locked up now and forevermore. As he was not wanted up there, we do not want here either. Let us all pray that Jesus does to these enemies of ours what the demons in Matthew 8:29 feared the most. Remember, we can ask Jesus for anything and he will do it for us. (John 14:14). Let us all go to God in prayer and say to him, “as the custodians of the earth you gave us, we no longer want to share it with the devil, we are throwing him out as well. Please Lord Jesus, lock him up and torture him for his appointed time is now. The earth has spoken, Lord, do to him as your words says in Revelation 20:10, “And the devil, who deceived them, was thrown into the lake of burning sulphur, where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown. They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever” Give us peace on earth by destroying those who destroy the earth (Rev. 11:18), in your name we ask. Amen.
